Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you choose phone sign-in, your phone number. We use this to authenticate your account and send important notices.

Profile and learning data: We store your display name, learning progress, quiz scores, completed lessons, achievements, streaks, and XP/Bamboo Coin balances. This powers your personalized learning experience.

Usage data: We collect information about how you use the app — sessions, time spent, features accessed, and engagement patterns. This helps us improve the platform.

Device information: We collect basic device information (device type and preferences) to optimize the app experience.

AI tutor interactions: When you use Ask Phil, your messages are sent to a third-party AI provider to generate responses. These messages are not stored beyond what is needed to provide the immediate response.

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the app
• Track your learning progress and award achievements
• Improve and personalize your experience
• Send important notices about your account
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising.

We share data only with:

• Supabase (our database and authentication provider)
• Third-party AI providers (for Ask Phil responses only)
• Service providers who help us operate the platform, under confidentiality agreements

We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

Phil's Financials is intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately at the address below and we will delete it.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated data (available in App Settings → Delete Account)
• Request a copy of your data

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission and secure cloud storage through Supabase.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
